The Bahá’í Faith calls the divide between Black and White as the Most Vital and Challenging Issue. The formula for healing this divide is for the Whites to stop feeling superior to the Blacks, including that ingrained, subtle, unawares sense of superiority. At the same time, regardless of the centuries of injustice committed against them the Blacks must work to rid themselves of the mistrust they harbor for Whites. It is a tall order for both sides and only through a commitment to high moral values can it be achieved.
